Rules and Regulations for booking of water tank, Cesspool, and getting food licence etc.
1. For booking of water tank, application to be submitted in plain paper addressed to chairman.
2. We issue, Food licence: In case of new food licence, application form to be (collected from
cash counter of this municipality) submitted duly signed by local councillor. In case of renewal application in plain paper to be submitted along with photocopy of Trade licence and Current Tax receipt.
3. Application in plain paper to be submitted for clearing of Night Soil Tank.
4. This Municipality usually do clearing of Garbage in any area within Madhyamgram Municipality if it is informed in writing in plain paper.
